How it works

1. Sign up and validate your identity
First, you register like on any other platform. Then, you validate your identity—it only takes 5 minutes! We'll ask you to upload your address, date of birth, and a photo of the front and back of your ID to verify it's you. We do this so all users on our platform can interact more securely.

2. Apply to be a tenant
Then, search through all BeTrusty properties until you find one or more that you like and fit your needs. With just the click of a button, you apply to be a tenant; you don't have to fill out anything! Now, just wait for the owner to read your application and accept it.

3. Confirm the reservation
Once you receive the owner's acceptance, you're ready to confirm the reservation. At this point, an automatic digital contract is generated for you, and if the owner requests a security deposit and/or a reservation deposit, you can pay it through any of our flexible payment methods.
